If you have a joystick:
   There are two additional keyboard commands in case you have any
   difficluties with the joystick not responding, or going crazy.
      Ctrl-K makes the game ignore the joystick.
      Ctrl-J resets the joystick for use.  Make sure the joystick is
         centered before using this command.

Player characteristics will be maintained between games if you run Golf off
   a hard disk or floppy disk copy of Golf which has no write-protect tab.
   If you want to go back to the original characteristics, you may delete the
   file PLAYERS.DAT from your your hard disk or floppy disk copy of Golf.
